01.07.2008, Die UNIQA Group Austria wird 100% des Aktienkapitals der rumänischen Sachversicherung UNITA VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP S.A. von der Vienna Insurance Group übernehmen. Ein entsprechender Aktienkaufvertrag wurde am 30. Juni 2008 in Wien unterzeichnet.
